Standing Desk ConverterTM guarantees customer satisfaction on every product we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your order and the office standing desks you received are not exactly what you expected them to be, you can return the products within 30 days of delivery date and get a full refund, no questions asked.
Please note that any damage to the products during the return process voids the guarantee. In addition, if you have ordered more than one product, only one unit can be open for evaluation before deciding to ask for a refund. Opening additional products will be considered acceptance of the entire order and consequently voids the 30-day money back guarantee.
For returns of orders consisting of more than one unit, there will be a 30% restocking fee, and all shipping costs will be covered by the purchaser. Any custom orders of office standing desks or other products are entirely non-refundable.
We will not receive any returns after the 30-day return window. In case we do receive a return after the 30-day money back guarantee period, one of our customer service agents will get in touch with you to arrange reshipment. Standing Desk ConverterTM will not cover the costs of reshipment.
To process a return within the 30-day return window, please take the following steps:
- Call our Customer Support service at (424) 244-2123 and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Include the RMA number with your return form.
- Please note that no refunds will be issued without the RMA number.
